We also partner with local LEED- accredited Architect Guergana Barabonkova of Studio GB Architecture and Design to provide customers with the most advanced construction techniques including sustainable architecture, energy-efficient building design services, LEED consulting, and passive house design. Her experience includes domestic and international projects. Guergana graduated The University of Architecture and Engineering, Sofia Bulgaria Europe and received Master of Architecture. EnergySmart is an experienced team of geothermal heat pump installation specialists who's combined knowledge of HVAC, geology, groundwater and engineering will come together to design and install a geothermal heating and cooling system that is going to perform for years to come. Michelle provides structural engineering, load analysis and consulting to insure that all of our rooftop and ground-mount solar array designs and installations can withstand the combined wind, snow, and equipment loads. In many cases, she reccomends cost-effective structural enhancements for both residential and commercial clients. Previously she did structural and architectural engineering for several prominent greater Boston engineering companies and worked on a wide variety of projects that included design aspects of a prominent MBTA station and several bridges for the Boston Central Artery.  

Customer Financing Partners:

Our Lease PPA financing is provided through Clean Power Finance at the prices in Attachment B. Through this partnership, we will be able to offer flexible and competitive PPA’s to both residential and small business clients. We have extensive experience in customer financing and have access to the CPF solar modeling tools to easily design terms that meet the customer’s needs. We offer traditional loan financing with Admiral’s Bank, Eastern Bank, Enterprise Bank, Merrimack Valley Credit Union, and Provident Bank if a customer would prefer this option.

Home Energy Efficiency Partners:

We have a partnership with HomeWorks Energy to offer residential energy audits and services to implement recommended energy efficiency improvements. 

SREC Aggregation Partners:

For customers that are interested in adding a solar hot water system, Blue Selenium has in-depth training and experience in this area and can custom design a cost effective system to fit your needs. Our installers have advanced training in thermal solar and can educate customers on the special solar thermal rebates, loans, and tax credits. We partner with highly qualified Plumbers such as Murphy's Services, Inc for our clients on Cape Cod and in southeastern Massachusetts. Further north, we also partner with local plumbers in the Merrimack Valley like the experts at Hoffman and Kelley Plumbing & Heating in North Andover, MA.
