Our Installation Teams - Advanced Certifications and training in Renewable Energy Systems Installation
Our installation team members have years of hands-on experience with the design and installation of renewable energy systems and the construction trade. Our installers have completed intensive training in photovoltaic systems design and installation as well as solar thermal systems design and installation at Alternative Energy University (Alt/E). Alternative and Solar Solar Energy International. Both of these training facilities provide a hands-on accredited curriculum designed according to the strict standards of NABCEP, which is the nationwide certification board for energy system designers and installers.

Sean holds licenses in 3 New England states and has decades of experience in the electrical contracting business. Sean and his team have developed a strong working partnership focused on growing the residential and commercial solar business. Every one of Blue Selenium Solar’s installations has a Master Electrician involved in the design, installation, and grid–interconnect.
Michelle Cudilo, P.E., Structural Engineer

Michelle provides structural engineering, load analysis and consulting to insure that all of our rooftop and ground-mount solar array designs and installations can withstand the combined wind, snow, and equipment loads. In many cases, she reccomends cost-effective structural enhancements for both residential and commercial clients. Previously she did structural and architectural engineering for several prominent greater Boston engineering companies and worked on a wide variety of projects that included design aspects of a prominent MBTA station and several bridges for the Boston Central Artery.

We also partner with local LEED- accredited Architect Guergana Barabonkova of Studio GB Architecture and Design to provide customers with the most advanced construction techniques including sustainable architecture, energy-efficient building design services, LEED consulting, and passive house design. Her experience includes domestic and international projects. Guergana graduated The University of Architecture and Engineering, Sofia Bulgaria Europe and received Master of Architecture.
