• We do a complete on-site analysis: We measure your electrical usage and use a special instrument (solar pathfinder) to measure the available sun and shade so we can estimate the potential output of your solar energy system. For design of wind energy systems, we use 30 years of Mass State weather data to predict the average wind speed. We use this data to create a preliminary system design and an estimate of your bottom line costs and savings. We will explain all the alternatives, as well as other options for performance monitoring and extended warranties to protect your investment. We will tell you honestly whether solar is right for you so you can make an informed decision.

• We present the system proposal to you: We love talking about renewable energy and will explain everything in down-to-earth terms. We take the results of the on-site analysis of your needs and show you the recommended system sizing and design, pricing, and a comprehensive financial payback analysis. We review the services contract and the installation schedule so you know exactly what to expect.

• We manage the rebate paperwork, permitting and do the installation: We make sure we have all the pre-approvals for your Mass State rebates and walk you through the paper work for the tax credits. We coordinate with local town authorities and utilities to get permits and apply for tie-in with the electrical grid. Our professional installation team then installs the system components and works closely with a licensed Master Electrician (or Plumber) to do a complete system safety check and to perform the actual hook-up of your system to the utility grid. We have solar installers on staff that are NABCEP-certified at the highest level. This is the premier installer training certification in the U.S.

• We teach you all about how to use your system: We pride ourselves on providing customers with high-quality products and personal service. Providing good service means taking the time to listen. We will work with you every step of the way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your system. When we are done, we take the time to teach you about your system and how to measure the productivity of your investment.
